About this role

Recruiting Specialist, People Operations, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (残障人士岗位) (English, Mandarin) Shanghai, China The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocations that support applicants with a Chinese government-issued certificate. You'll receive on-the-job training and work on a range of projects. As a gReach Associate, you'll be placed in teams across the business, such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud. You'll have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop your professional skills. You'll learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions. Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. Learn and acquire skills on how to recruit talents for Google. Develop relationships with applicants and internal stakeholders to provide an excellent hiring experience. Provide operational support (data analysis, report, etc) to ensure team success. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience working in human resource, recruitment, business or stakeholder management. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
