Program Manager, Supply Chain and Machine Operations Sunnyvale, CA, USA A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Program Manager for Supply Chain and Operations, you will provide functional oversight for the Machine Operations and Deployment Engineering (MODE) team. This senior role is tasked with setting the strategic goal for partner team relationships, transitioning the function away from a strictly execution-based model. Operating in a relationship with end-to-end orchestration roles, you will govern partner performance and monitor the mitigation of service level issues. A critical component of the position is managing the intersection between planning and execution during the immediate eight-week horizon. You will own the prioritization and allocation of constrained materials, such as batteries and racks, ensuring Google's infrastructure goals are met. Success in this role requires leveraging supply chain expertise and data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence.
