Leading key customer user journeys (CUJs) for cohesive agentic experiences and develop strategy aligned to the organizational goals. Partner with designers, engineers, and UX experts to bring feature and product versions to fruition while initiating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. Launch new products and features, testing performance, and iterating quickly. Generate ideas for new products and features using market research and analysis to shape product development direction. Utilize AI to prototype and create mocks to specify how products or product features should be built.
