About this role

Group AI Strategy Manager Hyderabad, Telangana, India AI Garage is a new initiative within People Operations (POps) and Corp Engineering, established with the goal of leveraging AI to transform Google's HR products and operations. Our team sits at the intersection of business, product and engineering to ideate, design and launch industry defining agentic systems and capabilities. We are a cross-functional team of AI specialists who work with Business teams to design impactful, industry defining AI solutions by re-imaginging existing workflows, and engage closely with Engineering teams to develop, test and deploy them. In this role, you will lead several projects in our portfolio. This is a people management role with high-visibility and direct impact and reporting exposure to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), as AI transformation is a top strategic priority for the organization.
