You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. The Subscriptions and Customer Growth Marketing (SCG) team is at the forefront of Google's efforts to deepen user engagement and increase customer value across our global product ecosystem, with a mission to help consumers unlock the full value of Google. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between users and the immense value within Google's core apps and subscription services, By mastering data-driven insights, you will optimize every stage of the customer journey, from initial acquisition through expansion.
