Why This Role Matters As a Team Leader (Supply Chain), you will lead a customer-facing team responsible for end-to-end order-to-cash processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in line with Goodyear standards. You will play a key role in developing your team, driving operational excellence, and managing complex customer scenarios. Acting as a bridge between customers, Sales, and Supply Chain functions, your contribution will directly impact service performance, team growth, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer-facing team, driving performance management, development planning, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure excellent customer and stakeholder management by collaborating closely with Sales, Centre of Excellence, and Supply Chain teams, and acting as an escalation point for complex issues. Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash operations, including order entry, order management, and delivery planning, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a customer-centric approach.
