Why This Role Matters As an HR Services Specialist, you will play a central role in managing employee documentation, maintaining accurate HR data, and supporting operational HR processes. Your work ensures compliance with legal and internal requirements while fostering a structured, efficient, and employee-focused HR environment. This role is key to providing high-quality HR experience across the organization and enabling HR teams to operate effectively. What You'll Do Manage and resolve complex HR cases across the employee lifecycle, from hiring through performance management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for advanced HR inquiries, providing clear communication and effective problem-solving support. Process, maintain, and validate HR data and transactions in Workday, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines. Maintain and support the Time & Attendance system, ensuring data integrity and correct processing of working time records. Provide advanced HRIS support, including troubleshooting system issues, supporting updates, and coordinating system improvements and integrations. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Compliance) to resolve complex and specialized HR matters.
