About this role

Reliability Manager CN Pulandian What You'll Do You need to assure safety awareness for the workforce, manage safe work performance, assure adherence to safety regulations and assist the production team in area safety analysis and investigations. You are responsible to train, mentor, coach, and council reliability/maintenance team members, and lead the overall reliability effort, implementing and managing with tools of Up Time Elements You will continuously work toward implementing and sustaining best practices in jobsite orderliness and maintenance areas housekeeping with the machine ownership concept. You need to analyze costs of reliabilty/maintenance activities in the plant and continuously look for opportunities to improve the flexibility and value provided by team's activities. You are requst to participate of the daily production meeting, drive and supporting the key issues for safety, quality, reliability and availability machine related the equipment. You are responsiblt to drive continuous improvement of equipment reliability by focusing on reducing Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) or based on maintenance and reliability best practice. Ensure compliance of Preventive Maintenance program aligned with the production control. What We're Looking For You with bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field . You with 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering, 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment You are experienced in equipment design, project engineering and/or project management and using computerized maintenance management programs (example - SAP-PM) You have Fundamental understanding of industrial equipment and
