Regional Security Advisor, Latin America BR Central Office The Regional Security Advisor, Latin America is responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's security posture across the Latin America region. This role ensures the safety and protection of our associates, assets, and operations while advancing global security strategies and ensuring adherence to global security standards and best practices. The Advisor will work closely with regional business leaders, cross-functional partners, and the Global Security team to assess risk and provide expert guidance in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. What You'll Do: Security Risk Management Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies for staff, travelers, facilities, and assets across the regional footprint Support crisis management preparedness and business continuity initiatives, including emergency planning, training, and after-action reviews Analyze and advise on emerging and ongoing risks with the potential to impact company operations in the region Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely communication and escalation to the Director, Global Security & Investigations Conduct investigations, implement travel security risk mitigation programs for visiting associates, and support executive protection functions as required Security Operations Implement global security policies, procedures, and processes aligned with Global Security guidance and industry best practices and tailored to the security risk environments at each location where the company operates in the region Partner with Global Security Operations Support Team to advance enterprise-level system, service, and resource standardization initiatives. On pace with the maturation of the Global Security program, provide guidance and supervision
