About this role

Master Data Intern PH GBS Manila You will support Master Data Analysts and Specialists in day-to-day transaction processing and will be responsible for submitting and completing operational and/or clerical tasks as assigned by the Master Data Analyst or Senior Team Lead. You will report directly to the Master Data Senior Team Lead, with a functional reporting line to the Master Data Senior Analyst. What You'll Do You will prepare master data extractions needed by various business stakeholders. You will consolidate, request approval for, release, and archive monthly reports for Master Data. You will perform global IDoc extractions, assign tasks, and monitor their status. You will handle ServiceNow (SNOW) assignments and monitor progress. You will participate in the bi-annual review of users with administrative access in the Certification system. You will review software version control records as part of regular audits. You will conduct quarterly controls to validate that no changes have been made to DAM Rules in the Certification system. What We're Looking For You are actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field. You have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You are able to provide a School/University MOA and an Endorsement Letter. You demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail. You have excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
