Manager Facilities & Vendor Management, CTSC - 4551-DOPS US OH Akron Corp Hdqtrs The Manager Facilities and Vendor Management - Commercial Tire and Service Centers (CTSC) owns the strategy and execution for CTSC's facilities portfolio (~200+ sites). This role drives portfolio optimization, new location development, facility and equipment reliability, and vendor value delivery. Accountable for capital and operating budgets for buildings and equipment, as well as the company's facilities-related procurement strategy, this position ensures uptime, compliance, and cost efficiency through disciplined planning, structured vendor management, and cross-functional execution. What You'll Do: 45% - Portfolio Strategy, Growth, and New Development: Lead the CTSC expansion roadmap and portfolio optimization aligned with organizational strategy: market prioritization, location format decisions (e.g., Center, Hybrid), site diligence, business-case development, and project plans. Partner with the real estate vendor partner on leases, ensuring financial, operational, and timeline targets align with annual operating plan (AOP). Own the end-to-end physical execution of new sites as project manager (permitting, build-out, utilities, IT/security installs, equipment procurement, stocking) through launch readiness. Maintain standardized playbooks, timelines, and cross-functional RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) for all facilities projects. 25% - Facility and Equipment Maintenance/Asset Reliability: Establish and enforce maintenance strategy standards and service level agreements across all location formats (centers, plants, hybrids). Oversee work order triage and execution (e.g., bay doors, lighting upgrades, parking lot resurfacing, electrical, plumbing, etc), ensuring quality, speed, and cost control.
