About this role

IE Manager CN Pulandian What You'll Do You will need to manage the improvement process and activities across the entire manufacturing process in respect of Goodyear methodologies and plant defined priorities. You are responsible for the development of the organization in the understanding and use of FI and Lean tools and ensures that the plant is continually moving toward its AOP & TDC targets, quality and customer responsiveness. You will need to maintain Plant Capacity & Capability Management Tool （PCCMT） to reflect current plant operations, and use the tool for productivity improvements and gaps identification. You will need to provide plant management with information, studies, and recommendations to improve personnel, flow and equipment utilization, as well as support regional I.E. managers with corporate requests. You will need to drive creation and maintenance of engineered standards (or time studies where applicable), routings and work center assignments. You will need to manage and direct Focused Improvement and Industrial Engineer department initiatives. What We Are Looking For: You with bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Quality, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field. You with English and mandarin fluency is required - Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience at the similar sizable foreign invested company. You with rich Knowledge and experience in Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the IE management. You with Good at utilizing analytical tools.
