FI Leader CN Pulandian Lead FI pillar with creative thinking to achieve high level maturity of process, be responsible for the development of the organization (plant wide) in the understanding and use of FI and Lean tools, act as change agency to lead change and drive loss reduction to ensures that the plant is continually moving toward its AOP & TDC targets, quality and customer responsiveness.
