Why This Role Matters As a Compliance & Ethics Analyst (Third-Party Risk Management), you will support Goodyear's Global Compliance & Ethics team in managing the organization's compliance-related third-party risk management (TPRM) processes. This role helps ensure that Goodyear's relationships with external partners align with the company's ethical standards, internal policies, and legal and regulatory requirements, particularly those related to anti-bribery, sanctions and export controls, human rights protections, and fraud prevention. In this role, you will help strengthen Goodyear's TPRM framework by supporting with: the review and analysis of third-party due diligence data; documenting, reporting on, and addressing third-party due diligence findings; managing TPRM workflow and processes; and addressing related compliance matters. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of Goodyear's third-party due diligence processes and supporting the objectives and continuous improvement of Goodyear's global Compliance & Ethics program.
