Why This Role Matters As an Office Administrator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace. Under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager, you support the office's administrative and operational activities, including reception, office services coordination, and colleague support. By managing office logistics and creating a welcoming, well-organized, and safe environment, you contribute directly to employee experience, operational efficiency, and overall workplace effectiveness. What You'll Do Provide efficient day-to-day office support, ensuring smooth administrative operations. Welcome and assist visitors, creating a professional and friendly environment. Manage office supplies and vendor relationships, ensuring timely orders and deliveries. Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and overall workspace functionality. Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and logistics. Handle correspondence, maintain records, manage invoices, and issue purchase orders. Support internal operations by coordinating events, ensuring compliance (e.g., safety documentation), and assisting management and colleagues as needed.
