Why This Role Matters As a Technician, you play a key role in keeping our facility running safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your work directly supports production by ensuring that automated systems and equipment perform at their best. Every improvement, fix, and upgrade you deliver helps reduce downtime and increase overall plant performance. You are a vital part of the team driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise truly makes a visible impact every day. What You'll Do Install, configure, and commission automation equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and safety devices. Program, adjust, and optimize PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and control system parameters to support production needs. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software-related equipment issues to minimize downtime. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems and automation equipment. Support system upgrades, retrofits, and modernization projects in collaboration with engineering teams. Maintain accurate technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, PLC backups, change logs, and maintenance reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures and electrical regulations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
