Why This Role Matters This role is critical because it ensures that all jobs are reviewed and approved according to internal rules, tire policies, and contract criteria, maintaining compliance and operational standards. It supports process efficiency by monitoring automated approvals, handling exceptions manually, and coordinating with Fleet Service Technicians to resolve issues. Additionally, the role promotes best practices and contributes to training within the job approver community, helping maintain consistency and quality across operations. What You'll Do Job Approval - on-time review and approval job recording related to tire services and fitments, for regular services and breakdowns in PPK. Verify the necessity of the job and ensure alignment with organizational and contractual guidelines Coordination with Goodyear internal field functions (Network & Service, Sales team) for uncertain/critical cases Audit - align on random and/or specific case-based checks and controls with the technical team in the field Optimization of the job approval flow - define criteria's, codes and processes to
