Manager, Electrical Maintenance, Aurangabad IN Aurangabad What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering 12 to 15 years of related experience in the tire industry Must have experience in maintenance from tire industry - 12 -15 YEARS with Safety and Quality mind set Must have knowledge and hands on PLC based systems - Rockwell PLCS, Servo system, servo drives, Servo Motors, HMI & PCs Must have knowledge of all Basic Electrical, Electronics Equipment & Instrumentation generally used in Tyre Industry. Must be competent in understanding the Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Drawings & Circuits Understanding of machine logics, co-ordination with teams for timely completion of assignments Must be conversant with Failure controls & root cause analysis for equipment's to prevent similar breakdown in future. Have the Understanding of MTBF, MTTR and SAP based Maintenance systems. Must have hands on Computer reporting, data analysis Lead and drive shift electrical engineers' team Must have knowledge about VMI Pixxel and E+L centering systems Must have knowledge of TPM Plan and execute obsolete upgrade of Tire building machine with OEM Must have knowledge of VMI 248 machines #LI-KT1 #LI-Hybrid Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
