About the Role We're building a team of high-impact generalists who thrive in ambiguity and turn strategic priorities into operational reality. As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be aligned to a functional department -from Marketing and Sales to Customer Experience and beyond- and work closely with leadership, tackling our most pressing opportunities and driving measurable business outcomes. This role is for operators who move fast, think strategically, and get hands-on with building scalable solutions. You'll test new marketing channels, build AI-powered systems that multiply team capacity, identify operational gaps, and own high-impact projects from concept through launch.
