About the Role We're looking for an exceptional growth marketing generalist who operates at the frontier of AI adoption and thrives on solving high-impact problems. This role is for someone who excels at identifying high-leverage opportunities and building creative solutions that move the business forward. Initially, you'll own the GlossGenius website end-to-end-a critical lever in our product-led growth funnel sitting at the intersection of Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering. You'll evolve our website vision through AI-powered innovation, rigorous experimentation, and compelling storytelling that resonates with beauty and wellness professionals. As you demonstrate impact, you'll expand into other high-priority growth initiatives where your technical savvy, marketing expertise, and AI fluency unlock the most value.
