Key Responsibilities (AI Product Owner) AI Opportunity Scouting & Prioritisation (25 %) - Hunt for high-value AI use-cases across Global, size the upside (revenue £ / hours saved), and build business cases. Backlog Ownership & Delivery (25 %) - Translate briefs into groomed epics and stories; drive features from MVP to production, tracking ROI gates. Workflow Optimisation & Playbooks (20 %) - Map “as-is” processes, design automated “to-be” flows, and publish reusable templates (data permissions, model-eval checklists). AI Evangelism & Enablement (15 %) - Run “AI Clinics,” demos, and hands-on workshops that excite teams to experiment safely with LLMs; issue a monthly AI-radar briefing. Rapid Self-Service Prototyping (10 %) - Solve quick-win use-cases (e.g., smart ChatGPT prompts) before they escalate to full squad delivery, keeping the roadmap focused on high impact. Market & Tool Horizon-Scanning (5 %) - Track emerging models, tools, and licensing trends; inject fresh insights into squad decisions.
