In this role, you will be the primary support lead for system troubleshooting and day-to-day administration of our core HRIS, HiBob, with a focus on supporting our North American team. Working in close partnership with our People Systems Specialist, you will assist with system audits, configurations, and the ongoing improvement of our HR technology. Beyond core maintenance, you will be a key contributor to cross-functional projects, helping maintain high data integrity to support informed business decisions across the company.
