In this role, you will help manage day-to-day account needs while collaborating closely with junior staff members, providing guidance and oversight to ensure work is delivered efficiently and at a high standard. You will also serve as a key client contact, helping maintain strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and the client. The ideal candidate has healthcare communications experience within an agency environment, excellent writing and communication skills, and a proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset. This individual will work closely with other DNA team members as well as a cross-functional group of experts from across the broader IPG network to support campaign development and execution.
