This senior people partner role will work with leaders in our engineering org to shape our organizational design, support our transition to an AI first engineering org. and bring our high performance culture to life. Your mission - Partner with Engineering leadership (Directors and Engineering Managers) to build healthy, high-performing teams across a ~330-person engineering org. - Translate business strategy into a people strategy , with a clear, prioritized roadmap (org health, capability needs, leadership, talent, culture). - Lead organizational design & workforce planning : shape target org structures, support reorgs and team evolutions, and partner with FP&A on annual people planning. - Enable the transition to an AI-first organization by partnering with leaders on capability building, adoption, and change
