Reporting to the Global Director of Care, this role is integral to driving operational performance strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.This role will drive impactful change across the Care ecosystem, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will leverage your expertise in analytics and workforce management to drive complex projects, manage escalated processes, and contribute to the strategic direction of the department. Your mission - Strategic Leadership: Drive innovation, implementing new solutions or technologies that enhance Care experience and operational efficiency (including automation and AI). - Performance Management: Set department KPIs, targets, and milestones.
