Reporting to the Global Director of Care, this role is integral to driving operational performance strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.This role will drive impactful change across the Care ecosystem, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will leverage your expertise in analytics and workforce management to drive complex projects, manage escalated processes, and contribute to the strategic direction of the department.
