We ingest, integrate, and structure critical internal and external datasets into reliable tables, metrics, and data products that help GetYourGuide onboard suppliers, support their success, and scale supply operations . We achieve this through close partnership with Supply, Product and Data , enabling teams to move faster with confidence. Your mission - Build and lead a high-performing team: Hire, coach, and support data engineers to do their best work through clear expectations, direct feedback, and performance management. - Set direction and deliver outcomes: Shape the roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision for Supply Data Engineering - aligned with the priorities of Product, Sales, and Data partners working in the space - Be a trusted thought partner: Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders
