The Role - Senior Software Engineer, Rust We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to build low-latency and reusable data pipelines that produce tracking and pose data that powers AI-driven insights about team and player performance, assists our semi-automated systems that make real-time officiating decisions, and revolutionizes the sports viewing experience through live video augmentation. What You'll Do : - Collaborate with teams across computer vision, automated event detection, and augmentation to integrate low-latency algorithms. - Develop performant code for both cloud-based and on-premise environments. - Design autonomous systems that scale efficiently and minimize manual intervention. - Create tools and frameworks that accelerate developer productivity and team velocity. Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of industry experience - Experience with optimizing and benchmarking low-latency, real-time systems - Enthusiasm towards framework development and developer experience - Learning and mentoring mentality - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proven technical leadership and strong communication skills - Understanding of asynchronous code execution, multi-threading, and high-performance applications - Proficiency in writing Rust and/or other systems-level languages Preferred Qualifications - Experience building DAGs and using the actor pattern - Previously delivered live events and participated in on-call support - Used message brokers such as Pulsar,
