About the Role: General Matter is hiring a tenacious Technical Recruiter excited to build high-caliber teams and serve as a strategic partner in shaping our talent strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean, high-impact recruiting team supporting interdisciplinary roles across the organization, including hardware engineering, construction, manufacturing, nuclear engineering, supply chain, and more. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to screening and closing exceptional talent.
