Controller As General Matter's Controller, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the company's accounting function. You will lead all core accounting operations, design and maintain rigorous accounting systems and controls, and ensure readiness for audits in a highly regulated environment. This role requires deep expertise in GAAP and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), along with hands-on experience operating within a CAS-covered organization.
