26-184 C2BMC Network Virtualization Engineer Colorado Springs, CO, US Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months of relevant experience. Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Network Virtualization Engineer Are you driven by modern virtualization, secure software‑defined networking, and mission‑critical systems? Join our team as we design, deploy, and operate VMware-based environments that support one of the most vital defense programs in the nation. In this role, you'll help build and maintain advanced VMware vSphere and NSX infrastructures that empower global command-and-control capabilities. Your work will directly support the C2BMC program-an essential element of the U.S. Missile Defense System that enables commanders to see, decide, and act with speed and precision.
