Summary GeneDx is seeking a high-performing, strategically minded Director to drive growth within assigned hospitals, IDNs and integrated care networks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hospital-based sales or genomics, who excels at consultative selling, navigating complex hospital environments, and promoting rapid adoption of genomic testing. This role reports to the VP of Health Systems. The Director plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships within hospital, IDNs and integrated care networks. This position focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, senior management, physicians, laboratory and IT operations teams, and department heads. The aim is to promote the adoption of enterprise-wide solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care outcomes. The role involves strategic planning, business development, and delivering high-quality services aligned with the hospital's mission and objectives. Territory - Midwest Travel as needed, including some weekends, evenings, or overnights for conferences, meetings, or special events. Expectation is up to 60% travel as required. Job Responsibilities
