This enables real-time decision making to increase the efficiency and safety of operations, promote mission readiness, and protect the environment and civilization from the effects of infrastructure failure. ROLE AT A GLANCE Gecko's Deployment Leads are the driving force behind delivering Cantilever-our AI-powered data platform-into the hands of customers. This role sits at the critical intersection of customer value, product strategy, and execution. Deployment Leads are part product manager, part project manager, and part strategic account lead. They manage a small number of high-stakes deployments (typically 1-2 at a time), where they are responsible for uncovering the most valuable problems within complex, often unfamiliar industries-and ensuring Gecko solves them effectively. This is a highly dynamic, customer-facing role. Deployment Leads serve as the connective tissue between our customers and our internal teams-especially our product strategists and forward deployed engineers-ensuring we are both building the right product and getting it over the finish line. They're skilled at identifying what's most important, navigating ambiguity, handling tough stakeholder dynamics, and keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.
