Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Report directly to AR HD Regional Sales Manager of GUPT. Responsible for development and management the heavy duty aftermarket regional distributors and retailers. Visit the distributors, retailers and garages, Implement the company sell out activities and marketing policy. Solve problems in customer sales process. Coordinate the relationship between Gates and customers. Enhance the sales and market influence of Gates products in local market. Key duties include: Base in assigned region. Sales oriented, achieve sales goals through channel coverage and sell out programs. Organize and participate the sales activities through periodical customer visit, such as training, retailer seminar, branding day and other sell out activities. Provide product and technologic training to responsible customers; give the suggestion on sales and managements skills so as to help t
