Located at out Poplar Bluff, MO Refurbishing plant, you will be a Logistics Specialist. Key Responsibilities (to name a few) Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and customer demand Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve shipping issues Prepare and manage shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, customs paperwork where applicable) Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Communicate with internal stakehold
