Essential Duties and Responsibilities OVERVIEW: The General Manager, Global Oil & Gas, has responsibility for the manufacturing operations, commercial activities and total performance of the Global Oil & Gas assembled product business (Engineering and Services). Addressable product markets include Upstream Drilling, Upstream Services, Hydrocarbon Transport Systems and downstream Refining & Facilities segments. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the P&L for Gates E&S across the Global Market, ensuring that the business meets or exceeds both its top-line and bottom-line results. Develop and execute strategic and operating plans that align with the BU and Company objectives. Ensures end user customer and distribution channel partner relationships are effective for Gates to continuously improve its market share position and deliver superior margins.
