Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support monthly and quarterly close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciliations for US Operations cost centers Support senior analysts with ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and perform variance analysis Prepare documents & templates for upcoming close, forecast, & budget cycles Process annual property taxes and submit for approval Process weekly freight invoices for payment Process weekly utilities invoices Document procedures & development training materials for team Assist with annual budget activities for utilities, freight, & SG&A across DCs Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Power BI) for stakeholders.
