About this role
Analyst II, Customer Service Job Location (Country/Region) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Primarily engage in Order management, day-to-day customer service, sales support, and demand planning Track order status and coordinate with planning, logistics, and dispatch teams for on-time deliveries. Act as single point of contact for customers on order status, dispatches, and delivery-related issues. Manage customer complaints, returns, or warranty claims in coordination with Quality and logistics teams. Accountable for Finished goods inventory management. Drive operational excellence and improve customer partnerships through the execution of high-quality service delivery. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS (order book, dispatch, revenue, backlog). Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Maybe required to work beyond office hours to meet customer requirements. Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights Work with the sales team to identify areas for process improvement and automation. Keys to Success Customer-focused mindset Strong problem-solving skills Collaborative team player Excellent business ethics and integrity Strong Communication & presentation skills Knowledge of Power Bi will be added advantage.
