Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager directs the activities of Maintenance, Automation, and Facilities teams. Incumbent is responsible for all Plant and Departmental goals, including reliability, cost reduction, waste reduction, safety, quality improvements, downtime reduction, as well as ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. In addition, this position will monitor progress towards goals and make certain that capital projects and other resources are being utilized to provide maximum benefits to the facility.
