Job Description: The manager of technical delivery and support for the retail sales audit systems is accountable for design, development and support of the Oracle retail platform (ReSA) and its complimentary applications for a global community. This position is also accountable for all project delivery including design, implementation and production transition support as well as project oversight. This leader serves as the Information Technology expert for internal business and IT stakeholders and is a primary contact for external software providers/vendors related to our sales audit footprint. This leader must become knowledgeable in the applicable business technology solutions deployed across the enterprise and work to support the global retail sales system initiatives providing technology that will scale and perform at current and projected levels.
