The Position: The Revenue Growth team is focused on accelerating GameChanger's revenue by improving conversion, retention, and subscriber lifetime value. The team works at the intersection of product, data, and experimentation, running tests, studying user behavior, and finding ways to move those metrics meaningfully. Their work is data-driven, fast-moving, and directly tied to the company's bottom line. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers that runs experiments across all product surface areas using data and user insight to identify opportunities and validate what works.
