Overview This is a full-time, onsite career opportunity based out of our Administrative Services Center location in East Petersburg , PA. Must have the ability to travel within our 5 state footprint, PA, DE, NJ, MD, and VA. Supports technology initiatives by providing technical expertise to the users of various automated business applications and phone systems. Responsibilities Providing technical assistance to users of employee computing systems and local area networks. Assisting other Information Technology staff to correct any software or hardware problems with employee computing applications on the corporate network. Ensuring all open problems are reported to the manager on a timely basis. Assisting in performing hardware and software upgrades for employee computing applications. Assisting with network, telecom, and location project integrations and installations. Developing a level of expertise in the design and support of local area and wide area networks.
