About the Role We're seeking an experienced Associate Director of Customer Engineering to lead our technical integration team in delivering complex, enterprise-grade integrations for Fortune 500 customers. You'll manage a team of Integration Consultants who work directly with customers to implement and integrate our AI-powered supply chain visibility platform with existing enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, and other TMS/WMS/ERP solutions. This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical leadership position reporting to the Director of Engineering. You'll be a player/coach with the ability to manage a diverse team of onshore and offshore consultants while participating in hands-on technical work to lead by example.
