We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts around our prospects and existing customer base to build customer loyalty through engaging campaigns and innovative strategies. About the Role: As the Growth Marketing Manager , you will own the customer lifecycle, focusing on prospects, leads, purchase, onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You'll design and execute strategies that inspire our customers to become repeat buyers and advocates of Formlabs' cutting-edge 3D printing solutions. By leveraging data, insights, and creative marketing tactics, you'll ensure that every customer interaction builds loyalty and maximizes lifetime value. The Role: - Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement and purchases throughout the whole customer journey - from prospecting to loyal customer across web, email, and other channels. - Design programs for key stages of the customer journey - Develop content and resources that empower customers to maximize the value of their Formlabs products - segmenting by different customer types, geos, etc. as needed - Track, measure, and report on retention and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement. - Work closely with product, creative, support, and sales teams to bring new products to market, build campaigns, and ensure a seamless customer experience. and launches of new product - Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and customer
