About this role

Delta One Trader Hong Kong Flow Traders is looking for a Delta One Trader to join our growing trading team in Hong Kong. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading proprietary trading firm, working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for market making, risk management, and proprietary trading of index-related products across Asian exchanges. This role requires strong expertise in ETF trading, index arbitrage, and equity derivatives, with a proven track record of managing risk and generating consistent returns. What You Will Do - Market Making & Trading - Provide liquidity and manage risk in ETFs, index futures, and related products across Asian exchanges. - Execute and manage index arbitrage books and other relative value strategies. - Monitor and optimize trading positions to maximize profitability while maintaining risk discipline. - Strategy & Risk Management - Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies in Delta One products. - Manage exposure across multiple Asian markets, ensuring compliance with risk limits. - Identify and capitalize on arbitrage opportunities between cash equities, ETFs, and derivatives. - Collaboration & Market Insight - Work closely with sales, research, and structuring teams to provide market color and trading ideas. - Maintain strong relationships with exchanges, brokers, and counterparties in Asia. - Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
