We're reimagining how complex hardware is built by pairing world-class engineers with AI agents to design, iterate, and ship faster than ever before. About the role Flow is hiring a senior frontend software engineer to own core user experiences in Flow and bring AI-powered workflows into a clean, intuitive UI. You will work closely with design, product, infra, and AI engineers to make complex systems engineering concepts feel simple and fast.​ You will help define how “agentic systems engineers” and domain experts interact with Flow, from requirements views to reviews, simulations, and AI assistance.​ What you'll do - Own major user-facing surfaces in Flow v3, including interactive requirements views, collaboration and review flows, and AI-assisted workflows. - Implement high-quality, accessible UI using a modern frontend framework and component system. - Integrate AI features into the product in ways that feel natural, interpretable, and helpful to engineers. - Partner with design and product to iterate quickly on interaction patterns, prototypes, and new workflows. - Help shape frontend architecture, design systems, and performance optimizations as the app and user base scale.
