Will you be a part of the team? About the role We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to spearhead our Talent Management and Development function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive strategy to cultivate, develop, and retain top talent across Flex. Your mandate will be broad, covering everything from evolving our onboarding experience and implementing manager training to building robust leadership programs. You will act as a key partner to the business, using data to identify needs, measure program ROI, and ensure we are building the capabilities required for our future growth.
