About this role

Preconstruction Co-op (8 months) Richmond, BC, CA Overview Work and train with the industry's finest professionals! FlatironDragados's Intern Program provides rewarding work opportunities for students. As a Co-op Student with FlatironDragados Canada, you will be given the opportunity to apply your academic training and skills in a real-world setting on some of the most exciting and technically challenging construction projects in North America. What you will be doing Help coordinate and review RFQ/RFP details for multi-billion infrastructure projects under the guidance of the preconstruction/bid manager. Support preparation of cost estimates and bid documentation. Collaborate to ensure all bid requirements are met and documented. Engage in document control and file management for bid submissions. Assist in preparing presentations or reports for internal and client meetings. Participate in meetings and take minutes as needed. Provide general administrative support to the bid management team. Learn and apply bid management principles in a practical environment. What we are looking for Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong interest in preconstruction and bid management. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
