As a Cost Control Manager, you manage cost control activity oversight for a major transportation infrastructure project. What you will be doing Review and analyze project cost control records to provide technical guidance and project controls support. Manage cost control, change management, and budgeting processes. Track incurred costs, analyze budgets and commitments, and report variances. Monitor job cost reports against key performance indicators (KPIs). Calculate Estimate at Completion (EAC) per client methodology. Perform cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and monitor contingency drawdown. Track project changes and report on status. Oversee cost control reporting, reconcile project cost data, and manage unsecured revenue, contingencies, and over/under billing. Support project closeout by validating final revenue before billing submission. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance/accounting or business required. 10+ years of experience in cost and change control, including a minimum of 5 years leading the function on a major heavy civil construction / transportation infrastructure project Experience in complex cost and change control reporting, including EAC, EVM, cost vari
