We're looking for a Senior Research Scientist to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. What You'll Do In this role, you will work as a member of the Research Sciences (RS) department, primarily supporting the Custom Solutions and Services (CSS) team within the Client Solutions organization. This team provides customized real-world data and real-world evidence solutions to address the most important research questions across clinical development, market access, and commercial use cases for our life sciences partners. As part of CSS, you will: - Act as a principal investigator on client-facing RWE solutions engagements, accountable for the study design, analytics specification, conduct, and reporting of real-world oncology studies - Design and execute studies leveraging predictive modeling and causal inference methodologies to support evidence generation and decision-making for medical affairs, clinical development, and related strategic use cases. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to devise proposals for RWE data, analytics, and consulting solutions for customer use cases across the oncology product lifecycle - Engage with clients to drive demand and buy-in for study concepts by demonstrating a deep understanding of the strategic scientific context behind a customer's asset, EHR-derived real-world data, and epidemiologic
