We're looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care? What You'll Do Are you ready to shape how a mission-driven healthcare technology company rewards and retains top talent? As our Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll be at the heart of building compensation programs that attract top talent who are passionate about improving lives through every cancer patient's experience. You will be instrumental in developing compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and transparent. In addition you will: - Manage the annual compensation review process, including partnering with HRIS on Workday configuration and testing, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Performance Management on strategy, and developing clear communications and training to drive understanding and engagement. - Drive our market intelligence strategy - administer benchmarking tools, lead Flatiron's participation in compensation surveys, and execute position-to-market analyses that keep our compensation structures competitive and market-relevant - Maintain the integrity of compensation data in Workday, overseeing day-to-day operations, approvals, and system optimization - Conduct data analysis, model compensation scenarios, and use data storytelling to provide compelling insights that enable the team and leadership to make informed decisions - Serve as a trusted advisor to Recruiters
